Go High Level pricing in 2026: what every plan, add-on and usage fee actually costs
Go High Level costs $97, $297 or $497 a month, or $970, $2,970 and $4,970 a year. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and users on a 14-day free trial. The subscription is not the full cost: AI Employee, white-label apps, WhatsApp and support are paid add-ons, and SMS, phone numbers and email are billed as metered usage on top.

GoHighLevel Pricing 2026
$97/mo/$297/mo/$497/mo
Plus per-sub-account add-ons and metered usage — the full breakdown is below.
Key takeaways
- GoHighLevel's three published plans are Starter at $97 a month, Unlimited at $297 a month and Agency Pro at $497 a month. Annual billing is $970, $2,970 and $4,970 — two months free. An Enterprise tier is quoted individually.
- The only difference between Starter and Unlimited that most agencies feel is sub-accounts: Starter caps you at 3, Unlimited and Agency Pro are uncapped. Contacts and users are unlimited on all three.
- Agency Pro at $497 is the only plan that unlocks SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, advanced API access and rebilling usage to clients with a markup. On $297 you can rebill only at cost.
- AI Employee is not included in any plan. It is $50 a month per sub-account on the Growth tier or $97 a month per sub-account on Unlimited — so a 10-client agency adds $500 to $970 a month to its bill.
- Usage is separate again. GoHighLevel bills phone at Twilio's rates (about $1.15 a month per US number and roughly $0.012 per outbound SMS segment once carrier fees are added) and email at $0.675 per 1,000 sends, funded from an Agency Wallet that auto-recharges.
- A realistic 10-client agency on Unlimited with AI Employee on every sub-account pays $1,267 a month before usage — $15,204 a year, or $45,612 over 36 months.
- The costs agencies most often miss are the ones billed per enabled sub-account: AI Employee ($50–$97), SEO ($79), branded client portal app ($49), online listings ($30), premium prospecting ($29) and WhatsApp ($10). Enable four of those on ten clients and you have added roughly $2,000 a month.
How much does Go High Level cost?
GoHighLevel publishes three plans — $97, $297 and $497 a month — plus a custom-quoted Enterprise tier. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and unlimited users and starts with a 14-day free trial. What separates them is sub-accounts, API access and whether you can resell the platform.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Sub-accounts | API access | Rebilling | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $970 | 3 | No | No | One business, a solo marketer, or a brand-new agency |
| Unlimited | $297 | $2,970 | Unlimited | Basic | At cost, no markup | Agencies running client sub-accounts under their own brand |
| Agency Pro | $497 | $4,970 | Unlimited | Advanced | With your own markup (SaaS Mode) | Agencies reselling the platform as their own SaaS product |
| Enterprise | Custom quote | Custom quote | Unlimited | Advanced, raised limits | With your own markup | High-volume agencies needing HIPAA, a white-label app and a CSM |
Is annual billing worth it?
Paying yearly costs $970, $2,970 or $4,970 against $1,164, $3,564 and $5,964 monthly — two months free, or a 16.7% discount. The saving is real and the maths is simple, but it converts a month-to-month subscription you can cancel from the dashboard into a year of committed spend. Take the annual discount once you have been on the plan long enough to know you are staying, not on day one of a 14-day trial.

Excludes usage and per-sub-account extras like SEO, listings, WhatsApp and the client portal app. Usage is rebillable with a markup on this plan, so some of it comes back as revenue.
Go High Level pricing plans in detail
What each plan actually unlocks, and the thing to watch on each one.
GoHighLevel Starter is $97 a month and caps you at three sub-accounts
The Starter plan is $97 a month or $970 a year and gives you the complete core platform — CRM, pipelines, funnels and websites, calendars, workflows, forms, email and SMS marketing, courses and communities — for up to three sub-accounts. Contacts and users are unlimited. It is the right plan for a single business or an agency with one or two clients, and the wrong plan the moment you sign a fourth.
- Unlimited contacts and unlimited users
- CRM and pipelines, website and funnel builder, domain management
- Booking calendars, forms, surveys and quizzes, workflow automation
- Unified conversations across email, SMS and social, plus inbound and outbound calling
- Courses, communities, payments and invoicing, reputation management
- 24/7 support and the HighLevel mobile app
Watch out: No API access, no white-label rebilling and no SaaS Mode. If you plan to resell the platform, Starter is a trial run, not a business model.
GoHighLevel Unlimited is $297 a month and is the plan most agencies actually run on
Unlimited is $297 a month or $2,970 a year and removes the sub-account cap, which is the single reason most agencies are on it. It adds basic API access and the ability to white-label the desktop web app so clients see your branding at login. It also lets you rebill phone and email usage to sub-accounts — but only at cost, with no markup.
- Everything in Starter
- Unlimited sub-accounts — no per-client platform fee
- White-label the desktop web app with your own branding and domain
- Rebill phone and email usage to sub-accounts at cost
- Basic API access
- Dedicated sending IPs available as a $59/month add-on
Watch out: Rebilling at cost means you recover your outlay but earn nothing on usage. Marking usage up is a $497-plan feature.
GoHighLevel Agency Pro is $497 a month and is the only plan with SaaS Mode
Agency Pro is $497 a month or $4,970 a year. The $200 gap over Unlimited buys SaaS Mode: you sell subscriptions from your own site, sub-accounts are created automatically on payment, and you rebill SMS, email and AI usage to clients with whatever markup you set. It also adds advanced API access and user-level reporting. If you are selling software rather than services, this is the plan the business model requires.
- Everything in Unlimited
- SaaS Mode — sell plans from your own site at your own prices
- Automated sub-account creation on payment
- Rebill phone, email and AI Employee usage with your own markup
- User and agent reporting
- Advanced API access
Watch out: SaaS Mode is the only way to profit on usage, and AI Employee rebilling requires this plan specifically. Budget for it before you price your own SaaS offer, not after.
GoHighLevel Enterprise has no published price and is quoted per agency
Enterprise is custom-quoted, so there is no list figure to compare. GoHighLevel's own description bundles things that are otherwise expensive add-ons — the white-label mobile app ($497 a month), HIPAA compliance ($297 a month) and premium support ($500 a month) — alongside a dedicated customer success manager, a private Slack channel, quarterly business reviews, enterprise reporting, custom development and raised API limits. If you already pay for two or three of those add-ons, ask for a quote; the bundle can work out cheaper than the parts.
- Dedicated customer success and account manager, private Slack channel
- White-label mobile app included in the purchase
- HIPAA compliance included in the purchase
- Premium support included, plus quarterly business reviews
- Enterprise reporting, custom development, raised API limits
Watch out: No published price means no way to compare before a sales call. Price the equivalent add-on stack yourself first so you know what a good quote looks like.
Go High Level add-on pricing
Add-ons are where a GoHighLevel bill actually gets decided, and they split into two kinds that behave very differently. Per-sub-account add-ons multiply by every client you enable them on. Agency-level add-ons are flat, however many clients you have.
Per-sub-account add-ons — these multiply
| Add-on | Price | Cost on 10 clients | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Employee — Growth | $50/month per sub-account | $500/mo | Generous monthly limits across Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI and Content AI, with predictable billing. |
| AI Employee — Unlimited | $97/month per sub-account | $970/mo | Unlimited use of Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI and Content AI, subject to fair use. Phone charges still apply to Voice AI calls. |
| SEO (powered by Search Atlas) | $79/month per sub-account | $790/mo | Keyword research, site audits, backlink analysis, content optimisation and local SEO tools inside the sub-account. |
| Branded client portal app | $49/month per sub-account | $490/mo | A branded mobile app giving a client's community members mobile access. Fulfilled by HighLevel, resold at your price. |
| Online listings | $30/month, or $150 per 6 months, or $300/year | $300/mo | Keeps a client's name, address, hours and phone consistent across 70+ directories. Commonly resold as a local SEO line item. |
| Premium prospecting tool | $29/month per sub-account | $290/mo | AI prospecting, website audits, SEO heatmaps, weekly report refreshes and lead-gen widgets. |
| WhatsApp integration | $10/month per sub-account, plus usage | $100/mo | The $10 unlocks the channel. WhatsApp conversation and template charges are metered on top and vary by country. |
Agency-level add-ons — flat, whatever your client count
| Add-on | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Premium support | $500/month or $5,000/year | Faster response paths, dedicated technical account management, a private Slack channel and quarterly business reviews. |
| White-label mobile app | $497/month or $1,491/quarter | Your own branded mobile app for clients. The single biggest add-on most agencies consider. |
| HIPAA compliance | $297/month, account-wide | HighLevel accounts are NOT HIPAA compliant by default. Once purchased and enabled, HIPAA compliance cannot be deactivated. |
| HighLevel certification program | $97/month or $970/year | Structured training and a credential for you and your team. Optional. |
| Dedicated email IP | $59/month per dedicated domain | Only available on the $297 and $497 plans. Worth it only at real sending volume. |
| White-label Zap | $50/month | A Zapier integration built under your agency's branding. |
| WordPress hosting | $10/month (1 site), $220/month (25 sites), $497/month (unlimited) | $108, $2,496 and $4,968 respectively on annual billing. Agency picks one tier before clients can use it. |
| Workflow Pro | $10, $25 or $50/month | 10,000 / 30,000 / 65,000 premium workflow executions, with overage at $0.008, $0.006 and $0.004. Without it, premium actions are $0.01 each after 100 free lifetime executions. |
| Advanced account setup | $1,000 one-time | A done-with-you implementation service. One-off, not recurring. |
| Ad Manager | $0/month | Free to agencies as of 2026, and still resellable to sub-accounts at any price you choose. Client ad spend is separate. |
Go High Level usage costs: SMS, phone, email and AI
Usage is billed separately from your plan and separately from your add-ons, funded by a prepaid Agency Wallet that recharges your card automatically when the balance runs low. GoHighLevel resells telephony at Twilio's published rates without a platform markup, so the rates below are Twilio's.
| Service | Rate | Billed via | Detail |
|---|---|---|---|
| SMS (outbound, US long code) | $0.0083 per segment + carrier fee ≈ $0.012 all-in | Agency Wallet | GoHighLevel's LC Phone bills at Twilio's published rates. Carrier surcharges run $0.0035–$0.005 per segment depending on the recipient's network. Long messages split into multiple segments and are charged per segment. |
| MMS (outbound, US) | $0.022 per message + carrier fee | Agency Wallet | Carrier fees add roughly $0.007–$0.01. Picture messages cost about twice a plain SMS. |
| Phone number (US local) | $1.15 per month | Agency Wallet | Toll-free numbers are $2.15 a month. Short codes are $1,000–$1,500 a quarter and are irrelevant for most agencies. |
| Voice calls | Twilio per-minute rates | Agency Wallet | Inbound and outbound calling is billed per minute at cost. Unanswered calls with no voicemail are generally not charged. Voice AI calls incur phone charges even on AI Employee Unlimited. |
| Email sending | $0.675 per 1,000 emails | Agency Wallet | Applies on all plans. 100,000 emails a month is about $68. Counts sent and forwarded email from sub-accounts. |
| Email validation | $2.50 per 1,000 validations | Agency Wallet | Optional pre-send list cleaning. Rebillable on the $297 and $497 plans. |
| Premium workflow actions | $0.01 per execution | Agency Wallet | 100 free lifetime executions, then metered. A Workflow Pro tier at $10–$50 a month brings the rate down to $0.004–$0.008. |
| External AI models in workflows | Token cost, varies by model | Agency Wallet | Calling ChatGPT or another external model from a workflow is billed on token usage and is not covered by AI Employee. |
GoHighLevel SMS pricing
GoHighLevel charges about $0.012 per outbound SMS segment in the US — Twilio's $0.0083 rate plus a carrier fee of roughly $0.0035 to $0.005 — with no platform markup.
The number that surprises people is the segment, not the rate. An SMS is one segment up to 160 characters, then splits; adding an emoji switches the message to a 70-character encoding and can triple the cost of the same text. At 25,000 outbound segments a month you are looking at roughly $310, and on the $297 Unlimited plan you cannot mark any of it up when you rebill. Keep campaign copy under 160 plain characters and the same budget sends three times as many messages.
GoHighLevel phone number pricing
A US local number is $1.15 a month and a toll-free number is $2.15 a month, charged at Twilio's rates through the Agency Wallet, with voice calls billed per minute on top.
Numbers are the cheapest line on the bill and the easiest to leak: every sub-account that gets provisioned keeps billing whether or not the client is still active. Audit them when you offboard. Calls you place that are not answered and where you leave no voicemail are generally not charged. Voice AI calls are billed for the phone time even when the sub-account is on AI Employee Unlimited — the AI subscription covers the intelligence, not the telephony.
GoHighLevel email pricing
Email sending is $0.675 per 1,000 emails on every plan, so 100,000 sends a month costs about $68.
Email is the one usage line that is almost always cheaper than agencies assume, which is why it rarely gets optimised. Validation, at $2.50 per 1,000 addresses, is the better place to spend: cleaning a list before a big send protects the shared sending reputation your other clients depend on. A dedicated IP at $59 a month is only worth it above roughly 100,000 sends a month with consistent volume — below that, a dedicated IP with irregular sending warms up badly and can hurt deliverability rather than help it.
GoHighLevel AI Employee pricing
AI Employee costs $50 a month per sub-account on the Growth tier or $97 a month per sub-account on Unlimited, and is not included in any platform plan.
This is the biggest single swing in a GoHighLevel bill, because it multiplies by client. Ten sub-accounts on Unlimited is $970 a month — more than three times the $297 platform fee. The pay-per-use mode has no monthly charge and bills token cost on what you actually use, which is usually the right starting point: run a client on pay-per-use for a month, look at the real number, and only move them to Growth or Unlimited when the metered cost passes $50. Rebilling AI usage to clients at a markup requires the $497 Agency Pro plan.
GoHighLevel WhatsApp pricing
WhatsApp is $10 a month per enabled sub-account to unlock the channel, plus per-conversation and per-template charges that vary by country and message category.
The $10 is the small part. WhatsApp's own conversation pricing is set by Meta, differs sharply between markets, and distinguishes marketing, utility and service conversations — marketing templates cost materially more, and in some countries several times more than an SMS. If you serve clients outside the US, price the channel per market before you sell it as an included feature.
GoHighLevel API pricing
The API has no separate price — access is a plan feature: none on Starter, basic on the $297 Unlimited plan and advanced on the $497 Agency Pro plan, with raised limits available on Enterprise.
There is no per-call charge, so the cost of the API is the cost of the plan that unlocks the level you need. What does carry a charge is automation built on top of it: premium workflow triggers and actions are $0.01 per execution after 100 free lifetime executions, dropping to $0.004–$0.008 on a Workflow Pro tier at $10 to $50 a month, and external AI models called from a workflow bill on token usage separately from AI Employee.
Go High Level white label pricing: what is and is not included
White-labelling the GoHighLevel desktop web app costs nothing extra — it is included from the $297 Unlimited plan, and your clients log in to your branding on your domain. What is not included is the mobile app. A branded mobile app for your agency is a $497-a-month add-on, and a branded client portal app for an individual client's community is $49 a month per sub-account. So 'white label' at $297 means the browser experience only; a full branded presence including mobile is $794 a month before you have added AI or any usage.
| White-label capability | Cost |
|---|---|
| White-label desktop web app + custom domain | Included from $297/month |
| White-label mobile app (your agency's own app) | $497/month add-on |
| Branded client portal app (per client community) | $49/month per sub-account |
| Rebill usage to clients under your brand, at cost | Included from $297/month |
| Rebill usage with your own markup (SaaS Mode) | $497/month plan |
| White-label Zapier integration | $50/month add-on |
Rebilling and the Agency Wallet: how usage actually gets paid
Usage in GoHighLevel is not invoiced monthly in arrears. Your agency keeps a prepaid Agency Wallet; when a sub-account sends an SMS, makes a call, sends email or uses AI, the cost is deducted from that wallet, and when the balance drops below your minimum, the card on file is charged automatically to refill it. Rebilling then passes those costs on to sub-accounts: at cost on the $297 Unlimited plan, and with your own markup only on the $497 Agency Pro plan, where it is part of SaaS Mode. AI Employee rebilling specifically requires the $497 plan. The practical consequence is that on Unlimited you are the float — you fund every client's messaging out of your own card and recover exactly what you spent.
- Rebilling at cost: available on the $297 and $497 plans. You recover your outlay and make nothing.
- Rebilling with markup: $497 Agency Pro only, as part of SaaS Mode. This is where usage becomes a profit line.
- AI Employee rebilling: requires the $497 plan, regardless of which AI tier the sub-account is on.
- The wallet auto-recharges from the agency card. Set the minimum balance and recharge amount deliberately, or a busy campaign can trigger repeated top-ups.
Is GoHighLevel worth it at these prices?
For a lot of agencies, yes — and it is worth saying so plainly on a page like this. At $297 a month, unlimited sub-accounts with no per-client platform fee is genuinely good value against stitching together a CRM, a funnel builder, an email tool, a scheduler and an SMS platform, which lands well north of that for one business, let alone ten. The snapshot marketplace removes weeks of setup per niche. The funnel builder with order bumps and upsells is better than most standalone tools. And someone else is responsible for uptime. GoHighLevel gets expensive in a specific, predictable way: when the per-sub-account add-ons switch on, when usage scales, and when the bill keeps arriving for as long as you are in business. Whether that is worth it depends on whether the monthly cost stays comfortably below what the platform earns you — and on how you feel about the fact that none of it is ever yours.
What GoHighLevel's pricing model costs over time
The number that matters for a subscription is not the monthly price, it is the total. A 10-client agency on Unlimited with AI Employee on every sub-account pays $1,267 a month: $15,204 a year, and $45,612 over 36 months, before a single text message. Stop paying and the platform stops working — the workflows, the client sub-accounts and the data are on someone else's infrastructure. That is the trade every rented platform asks you to make, and for many agencies it is the right one. It is also why a one-time-licence, self-hosted alternative exists: LeadStack is $1,782 once, deployed on your own Firebase project with the source code in your own repository, after which you pay your own providers — Twilio, OpenRouter, Resend — at their published rates with no platform markup. Same usage bills, no platform subscription, and the code and data stay yours.

Go High Level pricing: frequently asked questions
How much does Go High Level cost per month?
GoHighLevel costs $97 a month for the Starter plan, $297 a month for Unlimited and $497 a month for Agency Pro. Paid annually those become $970, $2,970 and $4,970 — the equivalent of two months free. An Enterprise tier is quoted individually. All three published plans include unlimited contacts and unlimited users, and all start with a 14-day free trial. The subscription does not include AI Employee, several white-label options, or metered usage for SMS, phone numbers and email.
Is there a free version of GoHighLevel?
No. GoHighLevel has no free plan and no free tier. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that gives full access to the features of the tier you choose, and billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel. Usage-based fees for telecommunications and third-party services can still apply during the trial. Some affiliate links advertise an extended 30-day trial; it is the same product on the same plans, with the affiliate earning a commission if you stay.
What is the difference between the $97 and $297 GoHighLevel plans?
Sub-accounts, mainly. The $97 Starter plan limits you to 3 sub-accounts, while the $297 Unlimited plan removes the cap entirely. Unlimited also adds basic API access, the ability to white-label the desktop web app with your own branding and domain, and rebilling of phone and email usage to sub-accounts at cost. Contacts and users are unlimited on both. For an agency signing its fourth client, the upgrade is not optional.
How much does GoHighLevel SMS cost?
GoHighLevel bills SMS at Twilio's rates with no platform markup. In the US that is $0.0083 per outbound segment plus a carrier fee of roughly $0.0035 to $0.005, so about $0.012 all-in per segment. Messages longer than 160 characters split into multiple segments and are charged per segment. MMS is $0.022 plus carrier fees. Charges come out of your prepaid Agency Wallet, and can be passed to sub-accounts at cost on the $297 plan or with a markup on the $497 plan.
How much do GoHighLevel phone numbers cost?
A US local number is $1.15 a month and a US toll-free number is $2.15 a month, billed at Twilio's rates through the Agency Wallet. Voice calls are charged per minute at cost on top. Short codes exist at $1,000 to $1,500 a quarter but are rarely relevant to agencies. If you call someone, they do not answer and you leave no voicemail, you are generally not charged for the call.
How much does GoHighLevel email cost?
Email sending through LC Email is $0.675 per 1,000 emails on every plan, so 100,000 sends a month costs about $68. Email validation, which checks deliverability before you send, is $2.50 per 1,000 validations. A dedicated sending IP is a $59-a-month add-on and is only available on the $297 and $497 plans. All of it is funded from the Agency Wallet and is rebillable to sub-accounts on the $297 and $497 plans.
How much does GoHighLevel AI Employee cost?
AI Employee has three pricing modes. Pay-per-use has no monthly fee and bills token cost on the AI products you actually use. The AI Employee Growth plan is $50 a month per enabled sub-account with generous monthly limits. The AI Employee Unlimited plan is $97 a month per enabled sub-account and covers unlimited Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI and Content AI, subject to fair use. None of these is included in any platform plan, phone charges still apply to Voice AI calls, and rebilling AI usage to clients requires the $497 Agency Pro plan.
What is GoHighLevel white label pricing?
White-labelling the desktop web app costs nothing extra and is included from the $297 Unlimited plan: clients log in to your branding on your own domain. A white-label mobile app for your agency is a separate $497-a-month add-on, and a branded client portal app for an individual client's community is $49 a month per sub-account. A white-label Zapier integration is $50 a month. Selling the platform as your own SaaS, with automated account creation and marked-up usage, requires the $497 Agency Pro plan.
Does GoHighLevel have hidden fees?
Nothing is hidden in the sense of being undisclosed, but the published plan price is a long way from the total. AI Employee is $50 or $97 per sub-account per month, and SEO ($79), the branded client portal app ($49), online listings ($30), premium prospecting ($29) and WhatsApp ($10) are all billed per enabled sub-account too. Premium support ($500), the white-label mobile app ($497) and HIPAA compliance ($297) are flat agency-level charges. On top of all of that, SMS, phone numbers, voice minutes, email and premium workflow executions are metered from a prepaid wallet that auto-recharges your card.
Can I rebill GoHighLevel costs to my clients?
Yes, with a plan-dependent limit. On the $297 Unlimited plan you can rebill phone and email usage to sub-accounts at cost — you recover exactly what you spent and make nothing on it. On the $497 Agency Pro plan you can rebill with your own markup as part of SaaS Mode, which is also the only way to rebill AI Employee usage. HighLevel charges your Agency Wallet first in both cases, so your agency always fronts the money before the client is charged.
Is GoHighLevel worth it?
For agencies running several client accounts, usually yes: $297 a month for unlimited sub-accounts with no per-client platform fee compares well against paying separately for a CRM, funnel builder, email platform, scheduler and SMS tool, and the snapshot marketplace saves real setup time. It becomes expensive predictably rather than suddenly — when per-sub-account add-ons switch on, when messaging volume scales, and because the subscription never ends. A 10-client agency with AI Employee on every account pays $45,612 over 36 months before usage, and owns nothing at the end of it.
Is there anything better than GoHighLevel?
It depends on what you are optimising for. Nothing matches GoHighLevel's snapshot marketplace or its funnel builder with order bumps and upsells. If your objection is the recurring cost and the fact that your clients' data lives on someone else's platform, the alternatives split into one-time-licence self-hosted platforms such as LeadStack ($1,782 once, your own Firebase project, source code in your own repository), open-source CRMs such as Twenty, EspoCRM and SuiteCRM (free but not built for white-labelled client sub-accounts), and other rented white-label SaaS such as Vendasta and SuiteDash.
Pay once instead, and own it
LeadStack is a white-label agency CRM sold as a one-time licence of $1,782. You deploy the source code on your own Firebase project, give every client an isolated sub-account, and pay Twilio and your AI provider directly at their published rates — no platform fee, no per-sub-account add-ons.
